Hilarious

It is Day 4 of preschool and Spencer's teacher has already figured out just how important candy is to him.

No, I'm not excited about using candy as a reward. But it is such a small amount and it had such a large impact. And let’s face it; he has been bribed with treats before. Unfortunately. Unfortunately this is the single largest motivator for him. Thank goodness he also loves his fruits and veggies!

It was kinda crazy at our house this morning and Carie ended up driving the bigger kids to school. Everyone was moving a little slow, Abby ate enough breakfast for the week (yay!), it was pouring buckets of rain, and oh - yesterday there was a little bus incident between Ben and the boy he sits next to on the bus. So, Carie opted to drop them off this morning.

But in all the craziness of getting everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be, Carie didn't manage to remind Spencer about cleaning up and listening to his teacher. So upon her return to pick him up she asked how it went.

Let's just say he was a little eager to be a good helper today.

We hit the jackpot with teachers this year. His preschool teacher rocks!
