Well Visit Jitters

So Abby had her well check yesterday yet Ellie's isn't until tomorrow. We had to schedule them at different times and really it was best that we did.

Abby fully understands that Ellie will get/have to do all the same things that she got/had to do at her visit. As a help to us (ha!), Abby has fully and accurately explained everything that happens at the well check. She hasn't left out a single detail! Ellie is so not thrilled. If only Abby could understand "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!"

This topic somehow came up again at lunch today and Ellie was nearly in tears. Poor girl is getting so worked up over this and much sooner than I had hoped. Sure we would have explained how the appointment worked and what would happen. But she knows way to much and way to soon. She's had way too much time to stew about it.

Originally Ellie was supposed to go first. That would have been so much better! But then Abby came up with an ear ache on Tuesday and we needed to flip their appointments. We consulted with the nurses and they agreed that would be the best course. That worked very well for Abby and her ear infection. But it wasn't so helpful to Ellie.

Thankfully it is just tomorrow and it will be all over soon!
