Preschool Registration

It is time. I can't believe it, but it is time.

We are registering The Boy for Preschool for the next academic year. We have currently narrowed it down to a couple of options, but it feels like so much is up in the air that we won't really know what is best for us or for him for a few more months. It just seems so hard to make these decisions so many months in advance. But if we don't, it will be near impossible to get in. He's on the list for one and we have an appointment for our other choice next Monday morning.

Sure, we don't need to send him to preschool next year. No one is telling us that we have to do so. But it is our preference to do so as we feel it is a great benefit. He'll then have 2 years of preschool under his belt before entering K. Regardless of which route we choose to go, he'll go part time and still have a great balance of time at home with Mommy. At least that's the plan! Who knows, the course may change along the way!

It just seems odd that our little guy is ready to head off to preschool already. He has wanted to go to school all year long. He is going to have so much fun!
