Knock Knock - Clarity

The Boy's pathetic mothers took way longer to figure this out than any good mother should have. And, I'll give full credit to Carie/Mommy as she is the only one who did figure it out.

It seems that "baba" to him is "banana" to us.

We've had a banana crisis, exaggerating just a tad, in our house and we've been banana free for a while. Bananas should not be that green! But now, now we have decent bananas available to offer the children and now we figure out that the boy would like a "baba". A WHAT? Ahh... the boy wants a banana. ding ding ding

And now his knock knock joke really does makes sense!!! Not that it needed to or that were we expecting that it would. We find humor in the fact that he is even interested in knock knock jokes at his age.

Spencer: "knock knock"
Us: "who's there?"
Spencer: "baba"
Us: "banana who?"
Spencer: "knock knock"
Us: "who's there?"
Spencer: "baba"
Us: "banana who?"
Spencer: "MAMA... ha ha ha ha ha"

So he still doesn't have the "punch line" down, but dang he's only 21 months old. I prefer his punch line anyways!
